Right to Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Right to Rectification: You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data via your Account Settings. Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We will delete within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Right to Restrict Processing: You can request we limit how we use your data. Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format (JSON). Right to Object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for optional cookies and analytics at any time.
Identity: name, email, country, IP address. Financial: subscription status, credit balance, payment history (card numbers handled by gateways). Content: campaign topics, scripts, scene breakdowns, video files, Excel uploads. Technical: session tokens, device info, error logs, BullMQ job metadata. Social: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (encrypted).

Our servers are in Germany (EU). AI processing may involve transfers to the US via: OpenRouter (Claude), fal.ai (FLUX), ElevenLabs (TTS). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and ensure all providers maintain GDPR-compliant data processing practices.
We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects on you. AI-generated content (scripts, images, videos) is presented as drafts requiring your explicit review and approval before publishing. You retain full human-in-the-loop control.
