AI Disclosure

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Our Commitment to Transparency

Imotionary is an AI-powered platform. We use artificial intelligence extensively across the production pipeline. We believe users and audiences have the right to know how, when, and why AI is used in content produced through our platform.

AI Systems We Use

Scriptwriting and scene planning

We use OpenAI language models to generate scripts, scene breakdowns, captions, and campaign structures. All scripts are subject to user review and approval before rendering.

Voice narration

We use ElevenLabs text-to-speech and voice synthesis models to generate narration audio. Users must confirm consent documentation before using voice cloning features.

Video generation

We use Runway, Kling, Google Veo, and similar video synthesis models to generate video content. AI-generated video sequences are fully disclosed in render metadata.

Image generation

We use Stability AI FLUX models to generate still images used in rendered videos. Stock media from Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay, Shutterstock, and Adobe Stock is used under appropriate licences.

Caption transcription

We use OpenAI Whisper for audio transcription and caption generation.

Content Limitations and Responsibilities

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be factually accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing all scripts and content for accuracy before publishing.

AI-generated voices, including cloned voices, should not be used to impersonate real individuals without their explicit written consent. Imotionary does not permit the creation of non-consensual voice clones. Voice cloning requires users to confirm they have obtained the consent of the person whose voice is being cloned.

AI-generated video and images should not be published as factual documentary content without appropriate disclosure to audiences.

Audience Disclosure Recommendation

We recommend that content produced with Imotionary be disclosed as AI-generated or AI-assisted to your audience, in accordance with emerging best practices and applicable platform guidelines. Some platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) have existing requirements for labelling AI-generated content.

Data and AI Training

Your content, renders, and assets are not used to train AI models — by Imotionary or any third-party AI provider. This is contractually enforced with all AI engine providers we work with.
