VideoAI is built on AI models at virtually every stage of the pipeline. When you submit a topic, campaign settings, or content brief, the following AI systems are invoked: • Script writing: Anthropic Claude (via OpenRouter) • Scene planning: Anthropic Claude (via OpenRouter) • Image generation: FLUX.1 Schnell (via fal.ai) • Video rendering: Remotion (React-based) + AI-composed scenes • Voice narration: ElevenLabs TTS • Caption timing: Whisper (via fal.ai) • Platform captions: Anthropic Claude (via OpenRouter) • Audio analysis / music blending: fal.ai ffmpeg pipeline At no point is content fully human-authored. Every output is AI-generated and requires your explicit review before publishing.
We enforce a mandatory review step before any content is published. In “review_first” mode, AI-generated scripts must be approved by you before rendering. In “hands_off” mode, you must still review the rendered video before distribution. We do not allow fully autonomous publishing without human confirmation. This is a deliberate design choice to prevent misinformation, harmful content, and unintended publication.
OpenRouter: Routes requests to Anthropic Claude. Subject to Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy and Commercial Terms of Service. fal.ai: Provides FLUX image generation and Whisper captioning. Subject to fal.ai Terms of Service. ElevenLabs: Provides text-to-speech voice synthesis. Subject to ElevenLabs Terms of Service and Voice Cloning Policy. Remotion: Provides video rendering engine. Subject to Remotion License. We do not train AI models on your data. Your prompts, scripts, and content briefs are sent to the above providers solely for the purpose of generating outputs for your campaigns.
We do not control how OpenRouter, Anthropic, fal.ai, or ElevenLabs retain API request logs. Per their documentation: • Anthropic: Retains API data for 30 days for abuse monitoring; may retain longer for enterprise contracts. • fal.ai: Retains logs for operational and debugging purposes. • ElevenLabs: Retains audio generation logs per their privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers directly if you have concerns.
AI-generated scripts may contain factual errors, outdated information, hallucinations, or inappropriate tone. AI-generated images may contain visual artifacts, unintended elements, or lack perfect adherence to your brand guidelines. AI narration may mispronounce names or words. YOU MUST REVIEW ALL OUTPUTS before publishing. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content that you choose to publish.
AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. We do not sanitize or filter outputs beyond Platform-wide safety guardrails. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content aligns with your values and does not perpetuate harmful stereotypes. If you observe consistent biases, please report them to legal@va.elvisekoigiawe.com.
ElevenLabs voice cloning requires explicit consent from the voice owner. You may only clone voices you own or have written consent to clone. Cloning celebrity, public figure, or other person’s voices without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. We do not pre-screen voice uploads; you are solely responsible for compliance.
As AI models and providers evolve, we will update this disclosure. We will notify users of material changes via email and a banner on the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
